A literary magazine for quiet pieces that find their own sources of light

Poetry

Grey

Devanshi Patel
issue five

The time past three
Late night – is a twilight zone
When the city sleeps finally
Doesn’t demand anymore
There is no longer
the requirement to perform

The hush that swoops in
The murky shadows creep in.

The line between
right and wrong, blurs
A poignant pause waits,
To hold space, doesn’t question
To breath,
And to gather self.
